Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP envy 5000 and when I go to print a photo and select the "more printer settings" to change things like boderless and print quality it just seems to crash.hpsmartisdumb.PNG

I've tried opening the HP smart app first to print the photo through it, but after I select the photo it just stays in a loading screen forever. Has anyone else encountered this? I use to use these options all the time to select the "best" quality for photo printing.
