macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am trying to print two sided, but my macbook is greying out the two sided option. I thought it might be a problem with mac, so i tried using my mobile, but even on mobile the two sided option was deactivated. 

I used to print two sided earlier, but i recently moved and set up the printer again. Now I am just not able to access the two sided printing. Please help.

Hi,

The printer only support manual duplexing and expected to have the Duplex option grayed out, as such a setting is intended for automatic duplex printing when supported on a printer, here are the printer specifications:

Please follow below support document to print on both sides manually, by using the Pages to Print option to manually print on both sides from a Mac computer:
