Hello everyone,

I started experiencing problems with HP solution centre early this year - it was popping up a message about not having the correct version of Adobe Flash player and that it won't work until I download it. I ignored it and could still print but not scan so was using my phone for scanning. For about 6 weeks now, it hasn't been able to print either and when I did a bit of research, I found out that adobe flashplayer finished its working in January. Is there any solution for getting my printer back to work using an alternative method? Many thanks
