HP support assistant

The HP support assistant 9.15-66.0 stopped working, I have win 11. I have uninstalled and attempted to reinstall with the only Support assistant I can find 9.13.66.0 and it will not install as I get a "unable to start" can anyone help with me without spending an hour with Costco?...Thanks for any help

It might not matter.

Software and drivers for HP ENVY Laptop PC 17-ce2000  does not show any drivers or support for Windows 11.

Even for Windows 10, there have not been any updated drivers since 2021.

The HP Support Assistant cannot update drivers for which it cannot find any support.

Suggestion

If you do manage to get the application installed, be sure you switch OFF the automatic updates - Updates won't work and may cause other issues while the HPSA application is floundering around trying to install drivers for which it cannot find the Operating System version.

Uninstall the app from Settings > Apps > Apps and Features

Restart the computer and sign in

Install either the "new" or the "legacy" version.
