HP Recommended

I have a Tango X printer purchased directly from HP.  It shows in my HP store account but not in my HP account on the support page.  The serial number on the store page matches that on the unit and in the HP Smart app, but the HP support site does not recognize the serial number.  I need to recover access to the EWS (misplaced password and default is not on the device as with other models).  I cannot contact support at all without a serial number registered but the system won't accept the serial number of the product sold to me by HP.  Please help
