Hi,

I'm trying to register my new printer online here on the HP website.

However, the actual text fields won't allow me to enter my name or most of my address.

It allows my to enter one field for a partial address and my country and email address. But it won't let me type in my name or full address, and those text fields are with a red asterick. Meaning if I don't fill them, I can't proceed forth and register my new printer.

Even if I click I'm "not a robot"  down the page after I enter the little bit of information it allows me to enter,  I still can't proceed forth to the next page to finish the process. As said, if I type in some of the website fields, no letter will actually type in the space. It's not my laptop. It's the HP website.

Anybody know why this is? It's not my browser. Everything is fine on my computer.

I'm baffled.

Please assist if you can.

Thankyou.

VG
