Hello! I tried to find a solution myself. There is a very similar topic on the forum
The situation is similar, I have a Windows server 2008R2.
I tried to follow the instructions, however, it failed to install the HP PCL6 universal driver on the host. I have installed an updated driver for my printer, however I see errors in the log server.
In this case, the printer prints. Here is the error text:
"Windows is unable to load the HP1100PrintProc print processor because EnumDatatypes failed. Error code 126. Module: HP1100PrintProc.dll. Obtain from the manufacturer and install a newer version of the driver (if available), or select a different driver that is appropriate for this printer."
I've tried a lot of drivers but it doesn't work. I decided to find the HP1100PrintProc.dll file on the server - it is not there, it is not in the driver archives either. Why does this message appear, and what can be done in this case? Сan i download this library separately?
thank you in advance and help!

Hi,
An HP Laserjet Pro P1102 printer uses the Host-based printing language and must be used with its own driver if available to print, any PCL 6 alternative would not be applicable for your printer model.
Download and install your printer software below:
If the installation won't launch, see below support document which should help:
Once completing the driver installation for your printer, then it should be usable and have a valid driver on your server.

ShlomiL, thank you for your answer!
Download and install your printer software below:
I used this particular driver. It installs perfectly on the host. I can also then install this driver on the server. However, during the work I see an error in the server logs that I wrote in the first post. I don't understand what this error means and how important it is to fix it?

What is the exact problem you experience?
Is it when printing from the server?
Is it when printing from a client PC to a shared print queue?
Pleas clarify exact problem to get some better understanding of the problem or its possible cause.
If you refer to printing from a client computer, a such is not expected to work with such a limited Host-Based printing device.

Hello! Sorry, I don't speak English well, but I will try to explain the question in more detail:
The printer is connected to the host via a usb cable. The printer is allowed to be shared over the network. Shared access is allowed with a password. The network segment is in the "work profile". The printer on the host prints fine. There are almost no errors in the "PrintService" log. (Those that are - I write off on reinstalling drivers)
Both OS 64bit. In the properties of the printer, in the tab "access" - "driver" - "x64" is indicated.
The terminal server is on a different subnet. The host firewall is configured to allow TCP 135,137,138,139,445 packets from the server's IP address.
On the terminal server, the printer is set up as the host's network printer. No error occurs when installing the printer. When printing documents from server applications, there are no complaints about printing. However, the "PrintService" server log often publishes an error about a problem with the HP1100PrintProc.dll file. The full text of the error was written earlier.
I understand that the server needs the HP1100PrintProc.dll library, but it is missing. I tried to find it on the server and on the host, but the file is not present. Initially, there was a problem that when trying to print from the server, the printer became unavailable. Later I understood the reason and registered permissions in the firewall for "incoming packets" TCP 135,137,138,139,445. Now there are no complaints. However, errors in the server log make me think that printing may not be available again.

Thanks for clarifying @Lingu
Host-Based printers uses the local driver to process a print job, this is a very basic print language and it does not support redirecting of such a print job render job, therefore the error returns, terminal services printing redirection is not supported for such a printing language..
You may find below support document regarding Remote Terminal and Citric environments, your printer is not supported for such, and expected to return such an error results on such a taks:
