HP Deskjet 1510 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, thanks for reading this. It might be a small thing for you to solve but a big giant help to me. Thankyou.

My HP1510 used to print A5 cards for me. Its a little business I have. I never had any issues with the printer, but lately I notice I have a new program to view the print queue etc. etc. So now the printer will not print A5, only A4 and A6.  So I cant print the cards.

Has anyone had this issue? is there something I can do?

HI Elohi

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I updated the drivers and restarted the computer. But A5 is still not listed in my paper sizes, I get A4 I get A6 and all kinds of Japanese paper sizes.

I want to print pdfs and png images onto A5. So, whilst the Word program allows me to make a 'custom' paper size, the other screens will not.

Any other  tips?

thankyou

NIamh

Dear Elohi

I cannot accept your 'solution'.

For some reason HP have changed what the printer can do. Last Christmas I printed A5 cards with it. Now I cannot.

I do not understand how the printer can print A4 and A6 but not A5.

I am very disappointed. Telling me to look at the specification is like telling me 'oh you bought the wrong printer'.

Come on now HP. Try and show some customer service.
