HP ENVY 5542 All-in-One Printer

I had to re-install printer drivers for my printers and it will not print in colour.  It copies in colour though and there are no problems with ink!  I have downloaded Basic_Webpack_x64-40.15.1230-EN5540_Basicx64_Webpack but it does not offer colour print options and there is no greyscale showing.  It also does not do automatic double-sided printing like it used to - I have to re-load the paper manually.

On your computer go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer. Select printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on the device settings tab and scroll down till you see device type and change from auto to color. Then look for "duplex unit" and change to installed. Restart your program and try to print again.

Many thanks for your help. Unfortunately, those options are not available in printer properties - see images below. Can you suggest anything else?
