HP6020e will not print in colour on iMac

I cannot find an option to print in colour on my iMac. This is a brand new printer and has been an absolute nightmare since day 1. Took over half a day just to get the thing connected and it is driving me nuts!!!

Did you make a color copy and check if that prints in color?

Which application are you using to print?

Did you try to print from different applications and check if that works?

If it copies in color, follow these steps to fix the issue.

Make sure the black and white box is not checked in print settings:-
