Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I am running windows 10 on aN HP Pavilion laptop and have a HP Deskjet 2700e all-in1 printer.

I now have an issue where so far to try and resolve I have removed the printer from Devices and printers and re-set the printer back to factory defaults.

On running HPSmart (not very) and HP Print and Scan doctor, both can find the printer connect to it and get the required info, but niether seem to be able to load the driver correctly. When checking in "Devices and Printers" the printer is showing as :

State:                Network Connected          :Category: Printer; Scanner

Manufacture: HP                                           Status:       Driver is unavailable

Model:              HP Deskjet 2700 series.

How can I get the driver to be available?

Which driver file is needed ?

Please help, I have another laptop that is the same model and is working fine with this printer
