Hi @DonT7

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e may have compatibility issues with Windows 7, as newer printers tend to be designed with more recent operating systems in mind. Windows 7 reached its end of support from Microsoft in January 2020,

There are no drivers or support for newer devices on this older version of Windows 7.

  1. Contact HP Support: If you're unable to find compatible drivers on the website, consider contacting HP support for assistance. They might be able to provide additional guidance or alternative solutions.

  2. Consider Upgrading: Since Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, it is advisable to consider upgrading your operating system to a more recent version like Windows 10, which is more likely to have driver support for newer hardware.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
