My Firmware Update screen is stuck here. Pressing Save does nothing regardless of which option I choose. I powered off and unplugged and it comes right back here. Any help is appreciated.

None of those worked. The printer is still within the return window so I’m going to send it back and start over. Thanks for information though.

You might see if you can disable any firmware upgrades on the replacement.  Some users get a printer that accepts 3rd party ink but when they upgrade the firmware they are limited to HP ink.
