HPENVY Photo 6220 Printer setting the upper/lower margins on the printer

I am trying to print address labels using a standard template and have set but, no matter what I do and even though it looks right on the screen, it always prints with a larger margin than wanted so the labels do not line up.

Have you ever printed this (unknown) sheet size of labels on this printer?

And, related:  What is the paper size of the sheet of labels?

Do you have the full driver printer software installed?

What is the format of the label template document? 

Standard Word, for example, or a format controlled by unknown label making software?

If the format is not PDF, can the original document be Exported to PDF?

If Yes, document can be PDF,

If yes, the Full Feature Software is installed,

If yes, the sheet size is supported by the software,

(then) Consider > (Export to PDF) > Open in  Adobe Reader DC and Print

Example -  Adobe Reader DC - PDF Print - Avery J8160

If the Full Feature Software (full driver printer software) is installed,

Is the HP / full driver selected in Printer Properties and in the current job setup (print dialog / menu)?

Why?  Using / selecting the Microsoft class drivers does not provide the control needed for some job setups.

Example - Printer Properties > Advanced > Driver list
