HPEasyStart-13.6.5-OJP8020_49_11_4670_1_Webpack hangs up

Been trying to load HPEasyStart-13.6.5-OJP8020_49_11_4670_1_Webpack for two days but it keeps hanging up.

That file is simply the full feature driver and scanner program. Once downloaded it simply installs into your PC.

I assume you downloaded it OK but it hangs up when you try to run it.

The first thing the app does is look for the printer.  Did it find the printer?

if it found the printer but hung up then bring up the Windows event viewer and look for an error message as to why it failed.

To reset the Wi-Fi

1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup.
2. Touch Network Setup.
3. Touch Restore Network Settings.
4. Touch Yes

Or enter Copilot in the Windows search bar, press the Enter Key, and ask how to reset.
Let me know if you have a flex system (Wi-Fi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated when using the router type of connection.
