HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer

The HPLIP Download has version 3.25.2 (the Installer is version 5.1).

While running hplip-3.25.2.run, I encountered quite a few dependencies. I was able to install several of these separately. Unfortunately, I am stuck with the following error message:

```
MISSING DEPENDENCIES
--------------------
Following dependencies are not installed. HPLIP will not work if all REQUIRED dependencies are not installed and some of the HPLIP features will not work if OPTIONAL dependencies are not installed.
Package-Name Component Required/Optional
sane-devel scan REQUIRED
python3-pyqt4-dbus gui_qt4 OPTIONAL
python3-pyqt4 gui_qt4 REQUIRED
python3-pyqt5-dbus gui_qt5 OPTIONAL
python3-pyqt5 gui_qt5 REQUIRED
Do you want to install these missing dependencies (y=yes*, n=no, q=quit) ?
```

I have sane up and running but sane-devel is not found in any current repository including universe. Similarly, python3-pyqt5 is installed (see below), so I cannot work around the corresponding assertion in the error message output:

```
$ sudo apt install python3-pyqt5
python3-pyqt5 is already the newest version (5.15.11+dfsg-2).
```

There doesn't seem to have been any updates after 2018. What is the recommended course of action to get the printer working as a full-fledged device under Ubuntu? (CUPS is installed but I need the Scan feature too). Thanks.

Regards.
