I'am using windows 8.1... and this solution don't work... I still have the problem!

Windows 8.1 - 64b - PtBr

Printer HP C-3516

note - the problem appen in one of 3 computers I have (with the same configuration). The computer with problem was full instaled with win8.1 the others 2 I do upgrade.

Do you mean the Deskjet 3516? Can I get your product number for the printer? It will be found on a label on the back of the printer. Did you install the software after you upgraded to 8.1 or before?

The software are installed before. After I uninstall and reinstall several times... but still not work.

 

I also use the software HP Print and Scan Doctor...

1) Printer services ok

2) Scan services - drive not ok... ask to restart but the problem persist

Hi Gherpelli,

 

Let's look at doing what is called a Level 3 Uninstall. This will go a little bit deeper on the uninstall and then we will take a look at reinstalling the software. The document is for a fatal error but the steps are the same for the Level 3 Uninstall but you can skip doing “Register the Windows Installer” but it wouldn't hurt.

I can't found uninstall_l3.bat in any place!

Download and open the driver and the file will exact to your Temp folder. In your Temp folder look for a folder that with a name 7zXXX (with X being a random number) and look for the file in there.

I do this... The folder was create (7zS7548)... but have no file *.bat inside!

After you go into the 7zS7548 then go into the util folder and then into the ccc folder and you should see it in there.
