Since 3 days now I have the pop up window that appear and that bloc the printer : HPSUPD-WIN32Exe.exe - this application can not be starte
This application requires one of the foillowing versions of the .NET Framework :
.NETFramework, Version =v4.8
Do you want to instal this .NET Framework version now ?
YES / NO
whatever I do, YES or NO, nothing happens and the window disapears and then re appears after some minutes. I have deleted all applications related to HP, restarted computer, remove printer, re installed everything from HPSMART application, but nothing works. Please help me urgently I am on a shop and need immediate assistance.
