According to HP Smart home page:

Printer not Connected to the internet

which is wrong, according to my router it is connected and has access to the internet. Clicking on this message brings me to the status page, which says

Printer Cannot Print

A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved.

Sign in to your HP account in the home screen to check your status

 

going to the home screen, there is no option to to sign in. There is an option for "Create account", but clicking this button will bring up momentarily a page saying Loading HP cloud services... then Thanks for waiting... and then nothing, it comes back to the home screen. Hence, no way to see what Issue I have to resolve.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled HPsmart

 

Any suggestions?
