How do I reset to Factory Default using buttons on Printer? I forgot my Administrator password in the Embedded Web Server and can't reset to Factory Default using EWS because I don't know the Administrator password.

@SteveWlqa, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
For HP DeskJet printers like the HP DeskJet 2652, which do not have a touchscreen, you can perform a factory reset using the control panel buttons. Follow these steps:
Open the Cartridge Access Door: Begin by opening the cartridge access door of the printer.
Press and Hold Buttons: Simultaneously press and hold the Power button and the Wireless button on the printer's control panel for at least 3 seconds.
Close the Cartridge Access Door: After about 20 seconds, close the cartridge access door.
The printer will automatically restart, restoring the factory settings.
Note: Restoring the factory defaults will not remove the printer from your HP account or cancel any subscriptions you may have, such as HP Instant Ink.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
