Microsoft Windows 11

Product Name: HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775

Model: CC524A

Cannot reset printer to Factory default. It asks for Administrator password.
I follow the procedure bellow and it ask for the admin password at step 3. I do not have the admin password. That is why I need to reset to factory defaults.

1. Turn the product on.

2. The HP logo displays on the product control panel. When an underscore displays below the HP

logo, touch the logo to open the Preboot menu.

3. Use the down arrow button to highlight Administrator, and then touch the OK button.

4. Use the down arrow button to highlight Startup Options item, and then touch the OK button.

5. Use the down arrow button to highlight the Cold Reset item, and then touch the OK button.

6. Touch the Home button to highlight Continue, and then touch the OK button.

Every selection requires admin password. Can't get around this.

You need to sign in using the service code and then clear the password. I cannot provide that password as site rules state I cannot assist users in bypassing security. I have elevated your post to the moderators to have someone contact  you.

Thanks for your help. We purchase a company and all equipment with it. So we are with printers that we cannot use on our network.
