Has anyone had issues with HP PRINTER SUPPORT NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE DOING? Inc Smart Friend
It has been a week of nightmares with HP Support Printer setup, even having a Case Mgr assigned and she escalating my case to Smart Friends. Smart Friends refuse to speak with me because I do not have a Smart Friend Membership, NOR DO I DESIRE ONE. From the Start--HP Support which I have always been pleased with, have been unable to setup my new printer properly! they do not know how to setup Smart App, which appears from my Printer to be the only means to Scan.

What printer do you have? There is often more than one method but not knowing your model it is impossible to assist you, if you do want assistance. If you can post back some details including:
1. printer model.
2. operating system of computer.
3. how you are connecting, usb, wired network or wireless network.
