Please clarify, are you trying to print a single check on a full sheet or have you printed a couple and separated and you only have a single check that will not physically feed? If it is a small piece of paper, it may be to small to meet required minimum specs for media.

Yes . . . I'm trying to print a single check (sometimes two checks). Stated another way, how do I load a partial page (one or two checks) into an HP Smart Tank 7602?
(No problem with the standard three check page.)
The Quicken software has provision for one or two checks (check the box) in addition to a full three check page. But I find nothing in the User Guide for the Smart Tank 7602 about loading a single (or double) check.
And thank you for your time and attention.

smallest supported length of paper it will feed according to the specs if 5 inches. A single check will not fit that spec. This is a physical limitation of the feeding mechanism of the printer.
