Have got of Hp Laser Jet Pro color MFP M176n but the installation of its software and drive can't run through..

Hello,

What operating system are you under? (e.g. Windows 10 or macOS 10.14)

If you are running Windows, try the following to install the printer:

  1. On the keyboard, press the Windows and X keys simultaneously.
  2. Click on Windows PowerShell (admin), and then Yes.
  3. Type net start Spooler, and then press Enter.
  4. Access C:\HP_Color_LaserJet_Pro_MFP_M176.
  5. Right-click on Setup.exe or Setup, and then Run as administrator and on Yes.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the printer.
