Product: HP Deskjet F2430
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the original CD that came with my Deskjet F2430 but it won't load on my computer. Following the advice to uninstall it totally and reinstall it is not working. So I'm left with an All-in-one printer that won't work. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-f2400-all-in-one-series/3811093/model/39...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
