Hi @Ansuls,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're encountering a hardware error with your HP Deskjet 3835 printer. Error code 0XC4EB8000 HW_MiCCI2 C typically indicates a problem with the printer's hardware or firmware. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can resolve temporary errors.
  • Firmware Update: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer on the HP website. Updating the firmware can sometimes fix bugs and errors in the printer's software.
  • Reset Printer: You can try resetting the printer to its factory defaults. The method to do this can vary depending on the printer model, so refer to the printer's manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
  • Check for Hardware Issues: If the issue persists, it might be a hardware problem. Check for any visible signs of damage to the printer's components, such as paper jams, loose cables, or broken parts. If you're comfortable doing so, you can also open up the printer (if it's out of warranty) and check for any internal issues such as loose connections or damaged parts.

Remember to always follow safety precautions when troubleshooting hardware issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
