Product: Apple MacBook Air

Im trying to install and set up a HP Deskjet 2548 all in one Printer.  When I downloaded the driver and click on the file to open it I recieve a error Message: 

The file “HP_Easy_Start.app.zip-8.download” doesn’t appear to be a valid download file.  I"ve have tried multiple times and still recieve the same message including shuting down and restarting. Any solutions to this problem?

I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Which web browser are you using to download the HP Easy Start application?

Have you recently made any changes on your Mac?
