Hello HP/HyperX Support Team,

I own a HyperX Cloud II USB headset (HP-specific model) currently on firmware version 4.1.0.3 (4103).

After updating, I noticed some sound issues and learned there might have been a prior HP firmware version (e.g. 4102).

Could you please provide me with any official older firmware release for the HP version that predates 4103?

Product model: HyperX Cloud II (HP USB sound card)

Firmware currently installed: 4.1.0.3 (4103)
