Hello... My HP 6400 Envy doesn't want to print anymore. After numerous resets, disconnection from power, uninstalls of related HP printer programs/apps and all related drivers from my MacBook Pro, I still cannot get my printer to print. I am getting Error code of UA_400_EB000U0410 in the HP Smart App, advising me that the install cannot be completed.
Please advise. Thanks

Hi @catarbor,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP Envy 6400 printer. To help you troubleshoot the problem, let's try a few steps.
- Check Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your MacBook Pro. Make sure the USB or wireless connection is stable.
- Update Drivers: Download and install the latest drivers for your HP Envy 6400 printer from the official HP website. Ensure that you have the correct drivers for your operating system.
- Reinstall HP Smart App: Uninstall the HP Smart App from your MacBook Pro and then reinstall it. This might resolve any software-related issues.
- Reset the Printer: Perform a factory reset on your HP Envy 6400 printer. The steps for this can usually be found in the printer's user manual. This will reset the printer to its default settings.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware updates. Check the HP website for any available firmware updates for your specific printer model.
- Run HP Print and Scan Doctor: HP provides a tool called "HP Print and Scan Doctor" that can help diagnose and resolve printing issues. Download and run this tool to see if it identifies any problems.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
