Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw

I am trying to set up scan to email on my printer MFP M479fdw. It is telling me to log in with user access code or administrator access code. I have no idea what it is. It’s not my email to log into HP is it? I have set up the scan to email setting on the Support Assistant and it saids it’s working on my desktop but on the printer it’s asking me to log in before I can scan a doc.
