HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer

Last week I trouble shooted my printer and had to set it up again as for the first time.  This time however it's not accepting the printer pin it's asking for during the set up. I've put it many times but it says incorrect pin. I no longer have warranty on it but I don't see what it has to do with this issue. Any help???

To assist you better, what PIN are you referring to?

Are you trying to connect the printer to the wireless network?

If yes, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document -  Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network. 
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.

You may also refer to - HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network) and HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

Use the HP Smart app to print.
