Hi all, hoping for help. Printer connected / will print test page with no issues. But won't print anything I send to it - the document goes to printer queue - printer starts up - feeds in initial paper - makes noise as though prepping to print. Says 'Printing' and then disappears from queue as though complete - but nothing actually printed - not even a blank page. No error messages come up. All new ink etc - and as mentioned; test print page prints from PC with no issue but any other documentation it will not. All connected and ready to print. Really hoping for help as son's exams and cannot print his support docs / revision tables etc so feeling a bit upset as have spent 3 hrs trying everything but nothing works. Many thanks in advance

It sounds like an issue with the printer's driver. try these steps.
-restart printer (unplug printer from the power source for at least 1 min before plugging the printer back).
-remove/uninstall driver installed on the computer.
-get the printer's IP Address (since you mentioned printer is already connected to the network)
-open the devices and printers settings
-click "add printer"
-click "my printer isn't listed"
-add printer using IP (TCP/IP)
-type in the IP Address of the printer
-just go on through the next steps from there and wait till the new driver is installed
I would love to assist you further with this since I am once a tech of Inkjet printers of HP however there are some other complicated steps needed to be done if same issue persists. Hopefully this helps
