How do you get help from the HP ink mob - spent 30 mins recently on a Whats App and told its sorted - nothing has changed - I asked for hold they never did - my credit card changed so they cant get paid but i dont want to pay them for something I asked to be held and now I cant print - paid monthly for 2 years surely the ink is now mine!!! how do you get help from them?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
We understand that you are looking to update the payment information.
Please follow these steps,
1. Sign into your Instant Ink account.
2. Click Account in the left menu, then Billing or Shipping & Billing.
3. Click Manage your payment method.
4. Select a payment method, and then enter all payment information:
Credit/debit cards: enter card number, CVV, and expiration date, even if only the expiration date has changed.
Direct Debit: re-enter your IBAN number, even if it has not changed. Confirm other payment details.
PayPal: follow the on-screen instructions to link your PayPal account. Home / Home Office users cannot use PayPal during initial printer setup, but may switch to it later.
