I actually found your download last week and tried it. It did remove one of them (I had two identical errors). I've tried numerous times to remove the second one, but it's still there.

On Windows 11, if it shows that Windows update needs attention, sometimes you have to keep clicking on the 'Retry' until the update until it goes away.

I had that happen to me when I ran the utility on a Windows Update that I ran the Microsoft utility on, and even though it reported the problem was 'fixed' the update remained 'stuck.'

I kept hitting the 'Retry' option until it cleared itself.

I think I had to restart the PC a couple of times as well as hitting the 'Retry' option.

If you have already tried that, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you.
