Hi I have a HP Envy 5055 Printer linked to an old account that I dont have access to anymore. I want to link it to a new one but cant unlink it.

I understand you need to enrol your printer to a new account on Instant Ink.

 

I'd be glad to assist you in this regards.

 

I need your instant ink account details to check the account status of the printer.

 

Please share the below requested details in a private message for your privacy concern.

 

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile name. 

 

In order to locate your account, please provide either your registered email address or your Instant Ink account ID or the printer serial number and I'll look into this.
