Hi,

I have forgotten the admin password to access the admin web page and the configuration menu on the printer control panel. How do I reset to factory? To be clear, this is the admin password NOT the wireless password.  I have an HP Laser printer MFP 182

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand the printer is locked with an administrator password. We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
