Hi @Simon251,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It's common to encounter connectivity issues when switching to a new broadband service, especially if the network configuration has changed. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with your HP DeskJet 3630 All-In-One Printer.

Check Network Settings on the Printer:

  • Access the printer's control panel or display.
  • Navigate to the wireless or network settings.
  • Ensure that the printer is set up to connect to your new Wi-Fi network.

Reconfigure Printer Connection:

  • If your printer was previously connected to a different Wi-Fi network, you may need to reconfigure its wireless settings.
  • Access the printer's setup menu and navigate to wireless or network settings.
  • Choose the option to set up a new wireless connection and follow the on-screen instructions.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off your printer and wait for a few seconds.
  • Turn the printer back on and check if it connects to the new Wi-Fi network.

Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength:

  • Ensure that the printer is within the range of your Wi-Fi router.
  • If the signal is weak, try moving the printer closer to the router.

Restart the Router:

  • Power off your broadband router.
  • Wait for about 10-15 seconds.
  • Power it back on and allow it to fully restart.
  • Check if the printer can now connect.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Visit the HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model.
  • If updates are available, follow the instructions to update the printer's firmware.

Reset Network Settings on the Printer:

  • If the issue persists, you may need to reset the network settings on the printer.
  • Refer to your printer's manual or online documentation for instructions on how to perform a network reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
