Hi,

 

I have an officejet 4620 and an HP laptop with Windows 10.

 

I also have wifi and am trying to get my laptop to print but the settings/devices - printers/scanners says:

 

HP522E12 (HP Officejet 4620 series) - Driver is unavailable.

 

I don't know what to do. The option in printers/scanners used to say HP Officejet 4620 (Network). I don't recall it saying HP522E12 (HP Officejet 4620 Series).

 

I tried to reach HP out of warranty phone support and they say it's not available at this time.

 

Can anyone help me?
