HP Recommended

High pitched noise from my new Envy 6032e series when idle. The noise is very irritating. I have tried the suggestions of having it plugged into main supply. Removing lead and waiting 60 seconds etc..... None of these suggestions have solved the issue. The printer will have to be returned if there is no solution. I have noticed that people with other models have a similar problem . I have always had HP and never had thus problem before.
