Does the HP OfficeJet 4650 have automatically both side printing? Which printer is the best for home use with automatically duplex with the highest
price about 100$ or 700 kn ,and to be all in one and the ink price is approximately 8$,operating system:MAC,WINDOWS 10,WINDOWS 11,ANDROID, IPHONE, WITH CONNECTION OF WI-FI,WI-FI DIRECT,BLUETOOT AND USB ;about 40 pages printing in one minute; and it comes with at least one year ink (toner)supply(included in price), and hasfull paint tank(toner) for 4000 copies;whether it may be feasible to get a three-year supply of ink or toners for free or for a maximum of $ 20; are there replacement toners to buy for such a printer?

Yes, the Officejet 4650 does have automatic two-sided printing.

As for the other specs you are looking for, I doubt you will find an all-in-one home printer that will print 40 pages per minute, or has $8 print cartridges that print 4000 pages, or that will come with three years of ink or toner for $100.  At $100 I doubt you will find a printer with any of these spec's.
