HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

My HP Color LaserJet Pro printer screen is not working properly.  Most of the time it displays mobile horizontal lines that cover the whole screen and move as I adjust the screen angle.  They occasionally stop if I tilt it 'just right' but the 'just right' angle is not consistent and sometimes I can't get it to display properly at all.  I tried a power drain as suggested on other posts, disconnecting the power cord from the printer while it was on and removing the cartridges while it was disconnected, waiting, then putting the cartridges back and reconnecting the power as suggested on other posts, as well as checked for updates for the printer while the screen was briefly working - it said there were no updates available.  I tried all the suggestions provided by the virtual agent as well.

Not sure what to do but would like to be able to fix this as it works great aside from the screen issues!
