I am trying to print duplicate (both Sides) of my A5 paper but it continues to only print one side. I have changed the paper size on the printer and on the computer and have selected duplicate print but it continues to print on two sheets.
I just bought this printer because they told me it would print A5 duplicate.
Pls Help 🙂

@JGParkes, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Printing Double-Sided on HP Envy 6155e!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
To print on both sides of your A5 paper using your HP Envy 6155e printer, follow the steps below to ensure that double-sided printing is correctly set up:
Check Printer Settings:
- Confirm that the printer is capable of automatic duplex (double-sided) printing. The HP Envy 6155e supports duplex printing.
Set Up Double-Sided Printing on Your Computer:
Windows:
- Open the printing preferences from the application you are using (such as Microsoft Word).
- Go to ‘File’ > ‘Print’.
- Select your printer (HP Envy 6155e) and click on ‘Printer Properties’ or ‘Preferences’.
- In the printer properties window, look for the ‘Print on Both Sides’ setting and make sure it is enabled.
- Select ‘Flip on Long Edge’ or ‘Flip on Short Edge’ depending on how you want your document to be printed.
- Ensure the paper size is set to A5.
Mac:
- Open the application you are using (such as Pages).
- Go to ‘File’ > ‘Print’.
- Select your printer (HP Envy 6155e) and choose ‘Show Details’.
- In the expanded print settings dialog box, find the ‘Two-Sided’ option and enable it.
- Select ‘Long-edge binding’ or ‘Short-edge binding’ based on your preference.
- Check that the paper size is set to A5.
Load Paper Correctly:
- Make sure you have loaded the A5 paper into the printer’s paper tray.
- Verify that the paper guides are correctly adjusted to hold A5 paper.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
