How can I change the print size on my printer to 6x8

Hey,

I have an Officejet 3830 and am trying to print on thank you cards that are 6x8, but I can't seem to get the size to adjust.

If you are using Windows - Custom paper size forms are not supported.

What?!

Old printer -- that's how it used to be.

The Printer does not set the custom size - custom size forms must be created in the printer software.

To avoid paper jams and other issues when printing on nonstandard custom paper sizes, make sure the dimensions fall within the parameters listed in the following table.

note:

Custom-sized media are only supported in Mac OS X.

Paper size

88.9 x 127 mm (3.5 to 5.0 inches) to 215 x 355.6 mm (8.5 to 14.0 inches)

The document does not know your printer does not support custom paper sizes in Windows.
