I'd like to help!
I see that you nedd steps to rest yourt printer.
To reset your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M29w to its factory settings, follow these steps.
- Turn off the printer.
- Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button.
- While holding down the Resume/Cancel button, turn on the printer.
- Continue to hold the button until the Attention light turns on (about 5 seconds).
