I have a DeskJet 4155e of the HP DESKJET 4100e series. It seems to work okay but I can't get it connected to a wifi network. I've watched videos and it says that it will print a password to connect to the wifi. When I press the "I" button it prints a blank page. It seems like the ink cartridges are full but I can't be sure. Can anyone please help guide me on how I can resolve this problem? Thank you.

@ShaiTheGoddess, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're having trouble connecting your HP DeskJet 4155e to Wi-Fi and that pressing the "Information" (i) button prints a blank page. Let's walk through the steps to get your printer connected.
Check Ink Levels
If the Information page is printing blank, it could be due to low or improperly installed ink cartridges. Here's how to check:
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Ensure both cartridges are properly seated.
- If needed, replace any low or empty cartridges.
You can also print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page:
- Press and hold the Cancel (X) and Information (i) buttons together for 3 seconds.
Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode
To reconnect your printer to Wi-Fi, you’ll need to enable Wi-Fi Setup Mode:
- Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel (X) buttons together for 5 seconds until the Power light blinks.
- This resets the network settings and puts the printer in setup mode.
Use the HP Smart App
The easiest way to connect is via the HP Smart app:
- Download the app from 123.hp.com or your device’s app store.
- Open the app and tap Set Up a New Printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Print the Network Configuration Page
Once connected, you can print the network details:
- Press the Information (i) button once.
- This should now print a page with the printer’s IP address and Wi-Fi status.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
