If you are using Windows Mail, the problem has been around for a while.

Interestingly (or not), just recently, it appears to have been resolved (at least for some of us).

Regardless, Windows Mail is Microsoft and only Microsoft will be able to fix any lingering issues.

If you are using a web browser to view / print mail, set the "Scale".  Depending on which browser you are using, the "Scale" setting might be under "More Settings".

If you are using Outlook - the installed version - the Font size can be changed in the email.

If you are talking about installed Outlook, that is, Outlook software installed on the computer, then the process - as far as I have found - is somewhat complicated compared to simply changing the scale in web browser mail.  It can be done.

Reminder:  This procedure is NOT related to Windows Mail and the little bug that was plaguing the application.
