How can I re-register a remanufactured printer ?

Bought a reman ENVY through Amazon , tried to register it in my account , Old owner / registration was never cancelled , I guess. How do I go about re-registering  ?

1. First things first,  what is your printer model number ? 

• Envy 4500, Envy 5500, Envy 6400, Envy 7900 ? 🤔

2. For registering you can do it on the HP Warranty page in the next link:

• >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/check-warranty

3. In that page you need to add your Printer serial number and click option "Check warranty"

4. Then in the left side select the option for "Add product to my Dashboard" to register the printer with your account.

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
