My HP 7005 Smart Printer has added a feature for Private Pickup that I can't bypass to collect my printing.

My wife and I are the only ones using the printer. How can we delete or shut down the "Private Pickup" function?

I don't see that printer model -- ?

“Print Anywhere” Supported on Select Printers

HP Printers - Print Anywhere with the HP Smart App

In section FAQ,

Open topic "How do I disable or enable Print Anywhere or Private Pickup?"

Switch off the feature in your HP Account Dashboard.

Note

If needed, open the menu bar on the left side of the "My Account" dashboard (three horizontal lines).

Find the "Solutions" category in the list of available options.

Sorry, I cannot provide an example, I don't have the feature on my printers.
