Hi @Dee285,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To reset or recover your password on the HP Deskjet 3755, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Turn on your HP Deskjet 3755 printer.
  2. Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together until the Power light blinks.
  3. Release the buttons, and the Wireless light will start blinking.
  4. Within two minutes, press and hold the WPS button on your router until the printer's Wireless light stops blinking and remains solid.
  5. The printer will connect to your wireless network, and the Wireless light will turn off.

Once your printer is connected to the wireless network, you can try accessing its web interface using the default username and password. The default username is "admin," and the default password is "password." If you have changed these credentials in the past and forgotten them, you will need to perform a factory reset on your printer to restore the default credentials. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Turn on your HP Deskjet 3755 printer.
  2. Press and hold the Cancel button for three seconds, and then press the Wireless button once.
  3. The printer will print a network configuration page that contains the factory-set password.
  4. Use the password to log in to the printer's web interface and change the password to something you can remember.

Note that resetting the printer to its factory settings will erase all your custom settings and configurations, including your wireless network settings, and you will need to set up your printer again from scratch.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
