How can I print passport pictures with my HP Envy Photo 7855.

How you print Passport sized photos is mostly done the same as other printing: 

Set up the job and submit to the printer.

The difference is in the application or software you use -- the app or program must support the option of "Custom Print Size".

HP Smart - Mobile or Windows - is not well suited to the task because there is no true and accurate "Custom Print Size" setting or option.  In general, passport photos must be "just so" (exact size).

Mobile or MacOS - There might be an "app for that" - Check for such at your Apps Store for your device (tablet, phone, or MacOS PC).

What works - Windows

Windows, after having installed the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software, is well suited to the task of custom printing tasks because there are a number of Photo Editing programs that can be installed and used to print photos at the size you like.
